Had fairly nice stay on vacation. The room I was offered was well-appointed and well-maintained with a fireplace and all the utensils to enjoy and a washer, loved it. Everywhere there was clean.

The location close to all attractions; restaurants; shops and the center of Sedona
The apartment was simply not cleaned despite the fact that the whole day a cart with cleaning stuff stood at the door of our apartment. After returning from dinner it became clear to us that we did not even have clean towels. Very strange

This spot nails fine views, especially by the outdoor pool that overlooks the red rocks. The kitchen in the One-Bedroom Villa is super handy for anyone wanting to whip up a meal after a long day.
Checking in was like mission impossible, with room access delayed for over an hour and the unit lacking a Smart TV. Even worse, the room had dirty tile floors that turned my daughter's feet black, and the connected room design raised safety concerns when someone barged in on us. The absence of proper attention to cleaning left a lot to be desired, just a tad disappointing for a place with Hyatt's name. Lastly, watch out for the pushy timeshare sales pitch right at check-in-hated that distraction.

Sedona's culinary scene is a gem, with Wildflower Bread Company dishing out dreamy artisanal bites. And we loved having a kitchen in our Two-Bedroom Villa for some home-cooked family meals. Plus, the awesome pool views added a cherry on top!
Not a great value for the money, and watch out for the pushy 'concierge' trying to reel you into a timeshare pitch right when you check in. It's a side hustle disguised as help!
